Graduate school was my introduction to theater and film work. The decision to pursue a field I had no experience in was a spontaneous one that has been incredibly rewarding and has led me to the most satisfying work I’ve ever done. What I lack in experience I make up for in curiosity and enthusiasm.
I have a BA from the University of California, Davis in Design and Visual Communication. Set design work includes Small Mouth Sounds in The New Workshop Theater at Brooklyn College and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at The Majestic Repertory Theater in Las Vegas, NV (where I’m from!). Costume design work includes Gloria in The New Workshop Theater at Brooklyn College; The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe at The Heights Players in Brooklyn, NY; and Narrow Escapes at Brooklyn Children’s Theater.
Photos include my first (built) set for Small Mouth Sounds by Bess Wohl, two weeks from debuting when NY went into lockdown.
